At Zuper Computers, our mission is to empower our customers with custom built desktop PC solutions while maximizing value and personalization. We aim to understand each individual's needs, find the best deals on parts, and provide an environment where they can watch their vision come to life. Whether you’re building on a tight budget or splurging on a RGB, ray-tracing, god-tier gaming monstrosity, we've got you covered!
How It Works
1. Contact Us
Contact us to let us know you're looking to build, upgrade, or repair. Click the email icon, phone number or "Have a Question?" orange button on our Home or About pages. Email anytime, or call or text us Monday-Saturday, 9-6 pm Central Time.
2. Schedule a Meeting
Meet with us either by phone, or video conference. We'll ask you some important questions to get an idea of what you're looking for.
3. Review Our Estimate
We’ll create an estimate of the cost of your build or upgrade based on what we can source in the current market and what you’re trying to accomplish. Our priority is to source only the best products that fit your gaming style and budget.
4. Accept Our Proposal
No we're not getting married, you’ll have to at least buy us dinner first 😉 If everything we've proposed in the estimate looks good and you're happy with it, we’ll collect half of the cost of the estimate up front, then move on to the next step.
5. Get the Parts
We’ll work diligently to find you the best prices we can on the parts that you deserve! The final cost will never exceed the estimate, but it absolutely can be less if we find a great deal or two! Once we have all the components necessary we will schedule the build or upgrade.
6. Build or Upgrade
At Zuper Computers we not only want to maximize the value of your gaming PC, but we also want to provide you an opportunity to learn and watch your vision come to life. We offer in-home or on-stream PC building where you can ask questions or even participate in your build or upgrade. If that's not your thing, that's completely fine! We can simply build or upgrade your system, and deliver it by hand!
7. Make Final Payment
Once the build or upgrade is complete, we collect the second half of the payment based on the final pricing we were able to purchase the parts for. If we found any awesome deals during our search, we pass along that savings to you!
8. Time to Game!
Now that you have your Zuper awesome and new gaming PC build or upgrade, you know what to do. Game on! 👍😎👍
